Mummy has been allowed to move upstairs to stay nearer to me. Mummy and Daddy have their own room across the corridor from me. My blood sugar levels are now stabalising thanks to Mummy's milk. Most of the wires have been removed and hopefully the last tube will come out tomorrow. I've finished my photo-therapy [...]
I'm feeling a lot better now and have been feeding well. I still have to stay in hospital for a while, but Mummy is coming to feed me every 3 hours and Daddy is changing my nappies!!! Here's a little movie of me…View here (312kb).

Unfortunately my bruises have caused some concern. The nice doctor took some blood to do some tests & it seems my blood platelet count is low. I'm staying in the Neo-Natal unit at the moment. I'm here! I was born at 17:45 today. I weigh 6 lb 0.5 oz. Mummy says I'm really cute. I have a few bruises, but I'm feel OK. Daddy will put a photo of me on here later. Mummy and Daddy have decided to call me Max Thomas Henry, but you can call me Max.
Week 37 – We went to see the consultant today. All's well. He booked us in for a Monday 9th August delivery. Watch this space….
