The Tree House

I was weighed today – I now weigh 7lbs, that's a whole pound heavier than when I was born. I've also moved up to the next size of nappy.

Today I went 'walking' on the Moors. It was a bit windy, so we didn't go far. I also have a dog called Chloe. She came with us too.

I've just been told I now weigh 6lbs 10.5oz – That milk must be good stuff!

I went to visit Great-Grandad today. He's about 2000 times older than me, but I'm catching up!

I'm two weeks old today!! Mummy took me to visit her friends from work. They all thought I was cute.

I have put on 2.5 ounces since I was born. I had a bath this morning. Still not sure if I like it or not. Perhaps I'll try again in a couple of days.

Today I had my first outing. It was only to the hospital and then to Grandma & Grandpa, but it was exciting. The nice doctor said my platelet level is much higher. I was so excited I slept all the way there and all the way back.

I've had my first night at home and it was a little scarey. I was awake from 3am 'til about 7am, so Mummy and Daddy are very tired. I had a nice breakfast with Mummy and now I'm having a nap.

I'm home! The nice doctor said I can leave the hospital. Mummy and Daddy took me home in their car. This'll take some getting used to after the hospital, but I'm sure it'll be a lot nicer.

I've had my drip taken out now. I was allowed to stay in Mummy and Daddy's room last night. I kept them up all night . Daddy said he's going to work for a rest!
