Week 20 and time for the next

Week 20 and time for the next scan. This time it's a more detailed anatomy scan and lasted about 45 minutes. Everything seems OK.
We have now found out Twiglet's gender. I won't post it here, as some people don't want to know. If you would like to know, ask!

Another scan today, to check up on what happened last week. Twiglet seems fine & is growing well. After the scan we saw the consultant, who informed us that they intend to deliver at 34 weeks by C-section. ETA 8th of July. That's only 15 weeks. Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!

Bad news, I'm afraid. Fe was rushed into hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning. It appears that we have lost one of the Twiglets. The other Twiglet, however, seems to be doing fine. We'll just have to cross our fingers. Our Consultant said this does sometimes happen, but more often between weeks 7 [...]

Week 17. We've just had another visit to the midwife. Everything is fine. Today we listened to one of the Twiglets using a Doppler Monitor. It was quite difficult because they were playing hide-and-seek behind the placenta! Listen Here.

Bought the cot-beds yesterday,

Bought the cot-beds yesterday, from a friend of Fe. Oh, and a double buggy, actually the buggies were B.O.G.O.F. so that was good. You can't have too many buggies!
The cots are nicely polished & installed in the nursery. Pooh, Tigger, Rabbit, Piglet, Roo and Eeyore now adorn the walls.

It's started !!!! The shopping that is. Because we were going shopping to get curtains & lampshade (Pooh) for the nursery, we ended up going to Toys 'R' Us , Mothercare, Pramworld etc looking at buggies & stuff. I'll never have any money ever again!
